How do I book an event?

Navigate to the "Book Events" section, fill in the event details including title, type, date, time, location, and expected attendance. Submit your request and our team will process it within 2 business days.

How do I place an order for books or merchandise?

Go to the "Orders & Inventory" section and select either "Book Orders" or "Merchandise Orders." Click "New Order," select your items, specify the quantity, and submit. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order ID.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Orders in "Pending" status can be modified or cancelled. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes. Orders already in "Processing" or "Delivered" status cannot be modified.

What is the typical processing time for orders?

Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You can track your order status in real-time from your order summary. Expedited processing may be available for urgent requests.
